Peanut Butter, Spinach and Banana Sandwiches
- 2 slices sprouted grain bread, toasted (or pita, wrap, or bread of choice)
- peanut butter (or almond butter)
- handful of fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 ripe banana, sliced vertically, thin
Toast your bread, smear with peanut butter, top with spinach and banana - enjoy!
