I'll admit, this is one of my more cooky concoctions, but it works and it's delicious!
A great way to pack in your greens early in the morning.

- 1 bunch baby spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Ezekiel cereal of choice
- handful of fresh raspberries (or fruit of choice)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp raw honey, bees handled with care
